Here is David Wilson's list of ALL 756 teams in the FBS, FCS, Division II, Division III, and the NAIA, ranked 1 through 756! (Plus three more teams that aren't either NCAA or NAIA, so it's really 759!)
And here's Peter Wolfe's ranking of the same thing: #1-759 for all levels of NCAA and NAIA teams, with a few more details for some of the lower conferences.
Finally, here's the Superlist, which is primarily focused on the FBS teams; this site, though, also includes links to quite a few other ranking sites (not all of which are exactly, um, up to date...)
Oh, wait! We forgot to include the Sagarin Ratings, which also come in NFL, NBA, and several other versions for whatever major sport you're interested in. Very easy to use to predict games with - maybe next week, we'll show you those predictions as well as the ones from Vegas and the FOLLOWING FOOTBALL tier system.
