...the only movement upwards in the NFL quartile tiers this week will be from the Cleveland Browns, who demolished the Steelers 31-10 (in a game that wasn't even that close) and gave management something else to worry about for the long term:
Brian Hoyer has continued to look like the franchise quarterback they were hoping they'd drafted Johnny Manziel to be while Hoyer held his place for him during his learning experience. Hoyer's a free agent at season's end: do they offer him a long-term contract (if they don't, someone else will!), or let him go and hope Manziel's at least as good?
Our current position is keep what you know is good - but Manziel's box-office gold. Stay tuned for which one's more important to Browns management...
