Canadian football preview - Week 16

Friday night: Hamilton at Toronto
The Tiger-Cats and the Argonauts battle it out for first place in the pathetic Eastern division. Hamilton, 2-8 a month ago, has won four in a row, which is all it takes to take the lead in the four team East, a game ahead of the 5-9 Argos. But the game's in Toronto, so the game of the week looks like an even match.

Saturday: Ottawa at the British Columbia Lions
East against West? Take the Lions at home against the new kid on the block.

Monday doubleheader: Saskatchewan at Montreal and Winnipeg at Edmonton
With 12-2 Calgary on hiatus this week, this is a chance for the other western teams following them, Edmonton and Saskatchewan, to try to get a leg up on second place with a win against a middle-of-the-road team. The Rough Riders are on the road while the Eskimos are hosting, but both will face tough tests in their quest to get to ten wins and the important second-place spot in the CFL.
